Great Brook Farm State Park in Carlisle, Massachusetts is an active dairy farm surrounded by cornfields and forest with a network of hiking trails that wind through the woods and fields. It is very near to where I live and I spend many days hiking there through out the year, never tiring of its natural beauty.
