This series was informed by time spent hiking the cliff trails of the Algarve region in southern Portugal in the spring of 2025. Moving through a landscape shaped by wind, stone, and wild growth, I was drawn to the intricate ways native plants weave into the rocky terrain—creating natural compositions, as vegetation winds through red-brown earth, roots and rock, merging into a single living system.
